TSRC 2025 Important Dates

Geoff Greentree & Craig Branch can visit Sydney schools (at parent’s request) to help them understand the TSRC programme & to assist in obtaining school approval for additional days off for training in Thredbo. More information to follow. This has proved successful in the past. Likely to be in late April or during May.

TSRC planned days off

School Holidays – July 2nd, 7th, 12th, 17th
Term 3 Week 1 & 2 – July 22nd/23rd *, July 28th, 29th
Tuesdays – August 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th
Term 3 Week 7 & 8 - September 1st/2nd, September 8th/9th
After August 19th, days off for U14/16 and FIS will be managed/changed leading into/around various competition schedules with respect to weather and prep. U/12’s can expect to maintain the routine days off stated above.

TSRC Tutoring Program

Program dates: Monday 28 July – Wednesday 3 September
Full days schooling will align with Monday & Tuesday TSRC day-off schedule stated above
For the weeks of Aug 5th, 12th & 19th, the school program will run Monday and Wednesday afternoons, and full day Tuesdays.
Times will be discussed with interested participants. Expressions of Interest (EOI) required for planning purposes.

28 June	TSRC On-snow training program commences – Thredbo

1 July	EOI for NH Program to go out EOI for 2026 Membership to go out
5 July	Welcome to Season 2025 and Meet the Coaches – 3.30pm - Schuss Bar
20 July	EOIs for 2026 membership Try Out due
28 July	Educational Program commences – Thredbo
1 August	2026 NH Training deposits due
2 - 3 August	Try-out Day for potential 2026 new members - invites only – Thredbo
9 - 10 August	Blue Cow Cup – Saturday COMPULSORY U/12 athletes. Sun either BCC or training
25 – 29 August	ANC (AUS/NZ Cup) FIS Races – Thredbo ##VOLUNTEERS REQUIRED##
28 August	Travel day for U14 and U16 to Hotham for Children’s Carnival
29 August - 1 Sept	Snow Australia Children’s Carnival – Mt Hotham. COMPULSORY for ALL U/14 & U/16
2 September	Travel day for Children’s Carnival athletes
2 - 7 September	National Interschools – Mt Buller
3 September	Educational program concludes
9 - 11 September	FIS National Championships – Perisher COMPULSORY for ALL FIS athletes
13 - 14 September	TSRC Cup – Thredbo - COMPULSORY for ALL athletes
14 September	End of TSRC training program - Thredbo
4 - 30 January 2026	TSRC Northern Hemisphere Training Programme** – Tignes, Le Lac

*Wednesday 23 July will be a training day for SMGS students - special arrangements will be made - TBA
