Andrew Lees | President |
Andrew has been a member of TSRC since 2019 & was appointed to the board as Treasurer in 2021 & President in 2023. Andrew is an investment advisor at LGT Crestone & sits on its Executive Committee having previously held senior positions at UBS & Merrill Lynch. Andrew is passionate about ensuring the club remains focused as a Snow Australia pathway club & that there is enough support for the athletes to achieve their best. Andrew has two children in the club. |
Adam Harvey | Treasurer |
Adam is co-head of Australian Small Cap Companies at Paradice Investments & has had 21 years of experience in the funds management industry. This involves analysing their finances & future earnings potential. As such, Adam has a strong finance background & an ability to undertake modelling of potential outcomes. Adam achieved a Bachelor of Commerce degree at The University of New England. Adam has three daughters, the oldest of which is a member of the club training with the U/12’s. As a competitive swimmer in his teenage years, Adam realises there are no shortcuts to success & is very process driven. Adam fully supports the club in its performance base endeavours & wishes to challenge & assist the club fully implement its strategic plan. |

Emma is a true Thredbo enthusiast, a member of Boali Lodge, with two sons, James a prior training member of TSRC and William training with U14 in 2024.
Emma is a partner of leading international law firm Ashurst, with her practice focussed on leveraged and acquisition finance.
Emma is excited to contribute to the ongoing success of the club and development of its athletes in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Kim Clifford. | Director |
Kim is a TSRC Life Member & member since its inception in 1972 and Thredbo local. Kim is a Winter Olympian, who competed at the Innsbruck 1976 Winter Olympics in GS, Slalom & Downhill events. A broken wrist a week prior to the 1980 Lake Placid Olympics prevented his participation there. He is also a qualified FIS Technical Delegate (TD).
Kim has held various positions in tourism and snow sports organisations, including Chairman of the Australian Ski Areas Association, and is currently a Director of Snow Australia. Kim served as General Manager of Kosciuszko Thredbo from 1990 to 2012, and has consulted to several alpine related resorts and ventures. Kim’s children Olivia and Will were TSRC members, Will representing Australia at World Cup and World Championships level.
Kim provides TSRC a link with Snow Australia, strategic advice about alpine activities, as well as a very capable set of hands and skis on race days.
Anthony Wilson. | Director |
Anthony is a former TSRC athlete representing the club from 1985-1991. He was selected on various junior and senior National Teams’ during this period including The Australian Men’s Alpine ‘B’ team in 1990. Anthony won the Australian Intervarsity title with the Australian National University, Canberra in 1992 & 1994. Anthony returned to Australia in 2020 after 21 years in Hong Kong where he worked in Institutional Equities at Macquarie Bank and the Alternative Asset Management industry. Anthony now managers a Family Office focussing on Critical Technology & Advanced Manufacturing. Anthony is a director of ACT & Southern NSW Rugby (ACT Brumbies), who are recognised as Australia’s most successful provincial Rugby Club. Anthony is the father of three young children, none of whom are enrolled in the club
Amanda Wunderlich. | Company Secretary and MPIO |
Amanda was a TSRC athlete from 1987 to 1990. She returned as a parent in 2022 and now has 2 daughters at the club. Having completed a Bachelor of Sports Science (Hons) & MBA, Amanda had been in involved in Sports Administration both nationally and internationally for over 30 years and has worked for Surf Life Saving Australia, V8 Supercars and the World Rally Championship.
With a passion for sports marketing, sponsorship & communication, Amanda is also an Equestrian coach and Membership Protection Officer and previously sat on the Board of Pony Club NSW. Amanda is still heavily involved in Pony Club at a State & National level and continues to focus on creating an inclusive culture for grass roots sports whilst ensuring elite athletes have access to opportunities that further develop their skills and performance opportunities.
Ashleigh Antflick | Director |
Ashleigh has been a member of TSRC since 2017, having previously trained with the Club in his youth. He continues to enjoy competitive ski racing at Masters level, sincerely subscribing to the physical and mental benefits of preparation and competition. He endorses the Club’s Strategic Plan, and is committed to solidifying TSRC as the leading provider of elite pathways for alpine athletes in Australia. Ashleigh is a leader of Deloitte’s clean energy advisory practice, and has previously served on the executive committees of several not for profit organizations. He has three children who enjoy the TSRC community, one of whom remains a current training member. |
Geoff Greentree | Club Administrator |
Geoff has been in this role with the club for the past nine years. Prior to this, Geoff was a teacher for thirty years in a variety of schools around NSW before finishing as Deputy Principal of Snowy Mountains Grammar School in Jindabyne.
Geoff has been involved with Interschools Snowsport for twenty five years and has been a member of the Interschools Committee since 2015. He works closely with the Program Director and coaches, so they can spend as much time on-snow as possible as well as ensuring the day to day running of the Club occurs as smoothly as possible.
